"Open House" at the Plant  

      On Saturday, September 19th, 2009,  Alcoa Cleveland Works hosted  an "Open House" for the families of the employees. Among the activities were; miniature golf, face painting, Jupiter jump, caricature artist, kids crafts, raffles, live animals, a "free lunch" and of course, tours of the plants in operation. The event culminated with a posting ceremony of the American flag and the UAW standard  on the front lawn.
